Hey there - I'm trying to figure out how many calories per day to ingest. I'm trying to keep my diet to 20% fat 40% carb 40% protein. I was thinking my target should be 2750 cals a day. Work out 3x a week. Does this seem plausible? To hi to low? Also, should I be eating 1 gram protein / pound or 1.5 gram protein / pound. I'm 6'9'' 250. TY!
