Never really worked out before. I quit smoking about 8 months ago (smoked for 13 years) DR. says I have high cholesterol. I used to weigh around 150lbs I am 5'10 I currently weigh 180lbs. I would like to loose a few lbs and the beer gut what would the best way to go about this be? I just joined a gym should I just to elipticals and maybe some situps on the days I am not in the gym?
