So I've begun eating a lot more Tuna than I used to. I've been eating about 2 cans a day for the last month and I'm wondering what you guys think about the safety of the mercury levels. I'm sure some of you will say something along the lines of "who cares, just eat it it's a great source of protein," and I'm not interested in hearing from you. It seems to be a semi-serious health risk when too much is ingested. Your thoughts?
