I remember hearing or reading something awhile ago about how tuna fish can be bad for you if you take too much... it was something to do with the mercury found in the fish or w/e and that can affect your brain with possible long term damage. But how much is too much? This is the 4th day in a row I had a whole can of the stuff; label says 2.5 servings per a can but after eating it all with townhouse crackers and chocolate milk im still a bit hungry and i normally fill up quick. I'm bulking for football, was 160 5'10, now 165, goal 170-175. I need to know if i should limit myself on it, cuz tuna is one of the main foods i like and it has good protein.
