I loved Indian Runs!
The group never stays together.
yeah I think they are great. Great workout.
Take a group of runners, put them in a line.
Have them jog.
The guy in the back sprints to the front.
After he gets there the next person in back sprints to the front.
brings back memories of my HS track days
so, your buddy does them, where, again?
so your buddy in the marines is really in the marines and does indian runs in the marines?
gotta work together and not make the pace fast
Where is he stationed and what does he do? My younger brother is in town for 2 weeks before deployment.He's Infantry in the 2nd Division based in Camp Lejeune,NC.
Exactly. The group is only as fast as your slowest person. Sometimes we have to run our two miles with all of us tied together.
I used to have to do those in college playing football in college
sprint at 50%
O and btw I do them in the fire academy when I am at the fire academy.
today we did 4 consecutive stadium bowl runs, then 5 sprints up those spiral ramps, then 3 sets of 40 gravity intensifying pushups on the bleachers, then 75 dips on the bars.
did those in rehab, good, healthy fun
