is there any where that i can find a breakdown of the kind of proteins (and even further the types of amino acids) that are contained in different types of food?

for instance, turkey is famous for containing tryptophan. but what are the proteins/aminos that are found in beans, fish, red meat? :dunno:

is there a site that i can go to for this info?

i think there are big reference books that break down nutrient information-- vitamins, minerals, aminos, things like that in various foods. check amazon :dunno:
