I did calf raises on Friday and after my third set I looked in the mirror and noticed a bump on my shin and I felt it and it was filled with liquid and it didn't feel like there was any muscle beneath it. Also, my ankle was really soft to the touch like it was swollen. I asked a personal trainer at gold's and she said something about it being a cyst or something and if it got worse, get it checked out. Well, today I did squats and the same thing happened. There was also another bubble like thing on my ankle this time. So I had the bubble on my shin and my ankle. I'm kind of concerned. Anyone have any idea what it might be?
