    So I've decided it is time to logging my training on teh OT. Hopefully it stays updated.

    My stats:

    Weight: 180 (although I will be getting down to 170 soon)
    Height: 5'11"

    Bench: 175 (I'm pretty sure I can put up 185 now, though)
    Squat: 225x5 (haven't maxed)
    Deadlift: 275

    My current split goes like this, first day Chest/Tri, second day Back/Bicep, third day Shoulder, next day Legs. I throw in cardio on sundays and then on some random nights when I am bored.

    Eating is my biggest problem, I would be much leaner if I didn't eat so horribly, but it doesn't really bother me too much right now, maybe when I try to cut down a little (probbably in august).

    As far as supplements go, I just use whey protein, nothing too crazy. A couple scoops after the workout, maybe one when I wake up.
