Does anyone have any experience with these under desk holsters like so:

I'd like somewhere to put my pistol on my bed side table that's easily accessible to me, but not visible to anyone else, and attaching it to the underside of the table seems like the obvious solution.

I sleep with my arm under the pillow... I've considered behind the mattress because there's a bit of a gap between the mattress and the wall, but an under desk holster seems like the safest way to do things

I'm assuming it's a polymer frame with stainless slide? See if one of your refrigerator magnets is even slightly attracted to it. If yes then I suppose the gun magnet will work with it, since the barrel, springs, pins are all ferrous metal. :bigthumb:

Order one, if it doesn't work just hang it in your garage and stick a hammer on it. :dunno:

As a bonus it can be used as a weapon against those roving bangs of senior burglars with pacemakers.

well, I bought one of these... tried to install it today, and I'm very disappointed...

    gun fits nicely
    [IMG]

but it doesn't hold it securely up against the table... it would fall if left for too long

works quite well attached to the wall behind the mattress though. Can't see it, but still easily accessible.

yah... was rather frustrated with how shitty it turned out...

that said, I think I like it better where it is now than where I was going to put it anyway
