I have been wieght lifting once and a while but only small things like bench, curls, sit-ups, and a few other simple excercises. I am about 5'9 130-135lbs and 18 years old. I am somewhat cut in my upperbody but have skinny legs. I would like to know how i can get my wait up and even bulk a bit. I am a begginer to all the technical stuff in wieght lifting. I was also wondering what you can do for like wrist excercises besides wacking off Any routines and diets info and if anybody could give me their experiences on trying to gain wieght as well. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.
