V-Ups with core ball

    Holy hell, these destroyed my mid section the other day. I had never done them with a ball between my legs and then passing it back to my hands at the peak of the exercise. My lack of flexability certainly made it more difficult for me. Keeping the legs straight was a task. Anyone else do these?

    Closest example I could find. Except like I said, I incorporated the exercise ball.
