I wake up at 135. My highest I get is 205 which is after any normal meal, and that's when I feel super sleepy and have a bad headache. I'm going to try the 800 calorie diet. Glucose attaches to the protein molecules to break them down. So if you eat a protein rich meal with little to no carbs, your blood sugar can drop drastically. I go through that often. I love egg salad but I eat it without bread and that's a decent meal for me.
