The last few weeks I've been weaker, and have no energy. I think it's a combo of reduced sleep due to my job + lowering my carbs to about 100g/day. Either way I just feel like shit lately, no so much out of the gym but while I'm there my muscles ache early in my workouts, I fail earlier, and am not putting up as much in weight or reps. I've had these little dips before but It's still frustrating because I feel like I'm not getting any workout when I'm doing so bad, even though I'm at failure point and ache You guys have off weeks like this? I might kick my carbs back over 300g a day, I dropped down so much because my cut isnt going as well as I had hoped.
