he ate several of my friends at school here
Does anyone else think that looks ridiculously low in calories for someone working out two times a day? I can't see it being much more than 3000-3500 calories unless i'm miscalculating somewhere
how the core did he get such a corific core.
I wonder if he they could say Myoplex a few more times.
Does he realize "chalky" is NOT a good thing in shakes? Seriously, the dude supposedly barely eats more than I do and he's got a hundred pounds on me.
i wish that article emphasized more what he does in the gym. dont feel like i learned that much about the exercises he performs for core training.

I severely doubt much of that is factual. Not to mention results are distorted when you are a genetic freak ala Vernon Davis.
I'd also be surprised if that wasn't written by someone who has never lifted or tried to eat to maintain that kind of mass before.
