So the other day I did legs and abs after in the afternoon (squats, front squats, etc.) and went to go train in BJJ from 5:30pm to 9:30pm (throw in a hour of conditioning there that includes mostly bodyweight exercises for a hour) and around 8:30pm, I was getting huge, painful cramps in my quads and my abs. We would be doing drills and I would have to run on one foot or do burpees on one foot because the other leg was cramping up so bad. But the cramp in my abs came when I was sitting down, waiting for my turn to wrestle someone. I was wondering if there was anything I should be taking in the middle of this to help prevent future cramps like this?? Thanks.
