    finally found a usable VI for windows...

    able to change screen location with mouse: check.
    able to scroll through document with mouse: check.
    already programmed with major syntax highlighting: check.
    FAST: check.
    runs even on vista x64: check
    functional copy & paste: omg check.

    i used to be a vi fanboi, but since macs are more bash/emacs friendly, i've had to switch it up. keyboard coding > using the mouse
