O and 3/1 = 3rd bat 1st reg
out-fuckin-standing. get some!!
Ok since I don't know much about the military I have two questions about the video...
1. Why is one of the soldiers using an AK-47?
2. What is the sony silver PSP device over his eyes for.
Other than that holy [email protected] that was cool. Glad no one is around when that M1 fires, I guess you can call that a back blast
yes the silver glasses thingy that he is wearing...
I didn't know you could just pickup any weapon and start using it. I though you were supposed to use the weapon that they give you...
I think the Marine you're talking about would probably tell you that Fallujah wasn't exactly a by-the-book kind of event.
I am sorry to be dense but it seemed that in the video that the glasses hooked up to something. Maybe I just didn't notice that they were really glasses. I thought maybe they were like a TV around the corner thingy or something...
Link is down, rehost?
You mean the nightvision goggles attached to their helmets that flip down?
Looked like some kind of VR artillery sight, or could be a cam for around corners. But what do I know, im AF.
yes those... i am pretty sure he isn't playing PSP in the middle of the battle...
Some sort of battlefield computer?
prolly just posting in Teh Barracks.
I'm not sure but those goggles are used to see what a UAV is showing with its cameras. I know there are small unit sized UAV's that are being combat tested. My guess is he is controling one.
rehost? Not loading for me.
well I sent that pic to my cousin over there. He says it's a pair of glasses that hook up to a PDA. It can control a UAV or one of those remote control robots that blow up IED's or the robots with the shotguns. Also he said that could be used for the packbots that are deployed over there... he says that it's just in the beginning stage and isn't really used much over there for more than testing..
