I was wondering if you guys have any idea on how to run an image straight from a surveillance type camera, run a filter on it and spit it right out on a screen... I don't know if there is some kind of software that already does this or what but I am thinking I may have to program something to get exactly what I want... I want the filter to be like a mosaic effect to appear 8-bit pixelated...
Pretty much the effect I want is to be looking in a mirror and seeing a pixelated version of yourself.
