I cannot believe or stress enough how much of a difference in audio quality a good, external pre-amp makes.

It's taken records that sounded just okay, or even distorted or "dirty" and made them sound great. I was a disbeliever...but now I know.

They sound really good and allow me to listen to music while everyone else does whatever.
