Hey all, I've been taking multi-vitamins for the past year. Just your average, everyday multi vitamin pills (like centrum pills). They seem to make my body feel better and give me a bit more energy in the morning. I don't take them everyday as i like to keep my body guessing and i don't want to get to a point that i HAVE to have them. Recently i've been educated a bit on them and basically told that they don't do much for you. Yes, they help a bit, but it's not as much as say 'Greens' do. I've been talking to various people and my chiropractor and basically, they all suggest something along the lines of this: http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/supplements/greensfirst.html My chiropractor gave me a sample packet to try it last night and i did. It looks nasty as hell, but it doesn't taste bad (i had it with apple juice). My question is, does anyone take this type of stuff instead of multivitamins? Should i start buying this stuff (which is 2-3 times more expensive than multivitamins) instead of the multivitamins? The answer seems to be yes, but i wanted to get some more opinions. Thanks!
