At least its the long week end
I work at a golf course and walk all day cutting greens, bunkers, etc and its a bitch when you squat twice a week. You get used to it though.
3 days a week squatting, and walking around 10-12hrs daily landscaping will really put the hard work into perspective. i should carry a backpack full of twinkies to scarf while i do all that cardio
for real, an extra $10 more makes life so damn easy
is it really ok to work out legs hard more than once a week?
i can't...i might do deads and squats within a week but they would be spread out and squats would come first
