anyone try both that and the bill starr one? which one leads to more gains? a big difference between the two is that bill starr ramps weights, while the link doesn't. the link also has more compounds.
i'm asking because i plan to do a strength routine once every year. i did bill starr last year, and currently half way into it this year. might switch to the one i just linked next year if people think it's a good one.
