AIFM shreds water, right? so I weighed myself today after a 2 hour work out. Went from 183 to 175 in 4 days. Normal? Ive been eating the same calories as I was at 183 but the only difference of course is the AIFM. Is this normal or time to step the calories up again? Ive never had my weight fluctuate like this before that i know of. edit: and im using purecee with 3-5 g BA pre and post workout.
