Going out + weird time schedule makes for shitty eating.
Yummy food...but shitty.
Yea fuck I have this problem too. It's so weird eating and not being on a schedule and even worse if I go out the night before. I rarely get proper food in on weekends unless i dont go out or drink the night before.
even when i dont go out its hard to eat right on the weekend... dining hall hours suck on the weekend and they never cook any good food, its like chicken fingers and shit every night

starts friday night and end sunday morning around 3 am
unfortunately, so so true
but w/e, im cutting and still losing 1-2 lbs a week and keeping strength. i guess if it got to be a big problem id re-evaluate my 12+ beers a night.
my weekends suck for eating... i sleep too much
during the week, i'm as perfect as i can be... then on the weekends...

at least i sleep on weekends, though... during the week, i average about 5 hours of sleep/night
how are you losing 1-2lbs a week and putting 12+ beers in your body every weekend on the nights
that's at least 1000 calories of empty calories right there....unless you're only eating 500 calories the rest of the day
wow, i was thinking about this same topic, this morning when i hit the scale.
hey im just telling you what the scale says. its prob more like ~15-20 for the whole weekend but still.
Pretty much how it is for me.
my biggest problem is i only eat like 2000 cals during the weekend

wack weekend diet crew.....signing in.
during the week....little (1-3 drinks MAX) to no alcohol + good amount of veggies + work out 3 times + play indoor soccer + drink my whey shakes + eat 5 small meals a day =
weekends....way too much alcohol + eat late night + only 2 or 3 meals per day + no shakes + no working out =
wow thats pretty low
i just forget to eat

clean on weekdays, and it goes to shyt on weekends
Triple play appetizer at chilis friday night + beer and pizza on saturday night is too much temptation for me.
What good is life if you can't enjoy it drinks and food with friends?
My problem over the weekend is that I don't eat enough. When I don't have a schedule to follow I just can't eat right...it's really annoying.
i thought i was the only person with this problem. this gives me some closure.
Seriously, I'm glad I'm not the only one out there that eats shitty every once and awhile.
And on that note, I inhaled half a box of kashi shredded wheat while I was studying for a midterm just now...
i'm guessing lots of carbs and fiber?
