Best recommendation of a weight gain formula for a 17 year old?
steak and taters
Double whopper with cheese, fries and a milk shake x 2 per day.
+ lift heavy. (make sure to throw the barbell at your spotter)
and broccoli (covered in cheese)
Take in more calories than you expend (using steak and taters).
Beef + Eggs
pop tarts + m1t
damn sounds good.

Don't eat total shit, eat decent food just lots of it and lift like a madman.
