Well my g/f thinks shes gaining weight since we started a diet together and I wanted to see why that could be the case. Before she came up to college and did dieting: ate healthy already for the most part, non stressed, good sleep, and did moderate level of exercise 3-4 times a week. Since she has been up here, she eats at least 3 times a day still, all healthy, mostly yogurt, salads, and fruit. She is extremely stressed and tired as sleep is a lot less, and we go do elliptical for 45 per day. She says she gained 1 pound and is wondering why she hasnt lost any and only gained.
