Alright, so I read the n00b thread, and it has given me a slightly better idea as to what I need to do to go about getting into better shape. My question is this. I am a 6'1" 185lb dude, and have a fair amount of fat to get rid of. I wouldn't call myself fat, but I'm far from the shape I want to be in, which is lean and muscular. Slightly bigger than I am now, but not "big." What's the best way to achieve this? I'm seriously braindead when it comes to fitness and nutrition... anybody who has tips/personal experience, or maybe just knows what to do... help, hahah.
