280lbs 7/5/09 250lbs 7/21/09 228lbs 8/22/09 Its weird to look at them lol. cant tell much of a difference between pics 1 and 2 but now i'm starting to notice it more and more. :buk: I think i might get to 200 before Nov 7th my goal for when i leave for jamaica. So far I joined a gym last week ended up there for 2 hours yesterday and a hour today. Plan on going for a hour before work 3-5 times a week or after work depending on my schedule. But for just cutting soda and crap out of my daily intake and kayaking and swimming this summer i'm suprised with my loss. I guess riding the quad is exercise too even though no one believes me Figure i want to go under 200lbs but if i build muscle and cancel out what i've lost thats fine to since its not fat. Just trying to figure out the correct route to go with the gym if i should focus on certian things each day or just mix it up each time And i locked myself in for a 12 month membership so when i get back from jamaica i'll still go since i'm paying for it and by then who knows maybe i'll enjoy it. So pretty much let me know what you guys reccomend for a work out schedule and remember i'm new to going to the gym so nothing extreme right away.
