Some background on me. 5'9 160lbs 24 yrs old. I want to add some tone and definition. Maybe a little bit of extra bulk but I would like my max body weight to be 180. I'm not new to lifting as I lifted regularly in through high school and at times during college. I need to get back to good shape however before I let it go too far. I have a full gym membership so access to equipment is no problem and at least an hour everyday to commit. I have heard there are a lot of great fitness trainers in this forum so please recommend me a weight lifting routine to accomplish these goals. All recommendations are welcome and will be appreciated. thanks in advance guys and I'll be checking this regularly over the next couple days as I hope to begin this new program at the beginning of next week.
