I'm 6 foot 180 lbs. I have some decent muscle on me covered with a small layer of chubbiness. For some reason my bench press is super weak (like a 160 max). When I bench, i feel it more in my delts then any other muscle and when i grip the bar wider then my shoulder length it still does it. Also when i bench my right lat starts hurting really bad. Its like a sharp muscular pain that is next to my spine on my right lat area. I think my technique is fine because my feet are on the ground and my back is flat on the bench itself. This is really annoying because i can't even bench my own body weight on the bench but when i use dumbells i can easily use 65+ lbs on each side.
