so i was doing lat pulldowns, and my shoulders kind of hurt. when i was done, i went to bench, and because my shoulders were feeling weird, i had a lot of trouble getting the bar off the rack. but once it was off the rack, i could bench just fine. afterwards, i did my usual standing barbell shoulder presses, and i felt no pain at all. as far as i could remember, my shoulders have always given me a little trouble when doing back/chest, but never on the shoulder press. what gives?
