I felt as if I was heading toward over training last week so I decided to take a few days off. I returned yesterday to do chest/tris and I had the worst workout of my life. I could lift the same amount of weight but could do very few reps. I even pinned myself with a barbell. So after four days off to prevent overtraining I was worse off than before. When I got home I was dead tired and even today I'm still a bit tired. What should I do? Wait another couple days without working out? Work out light?
