Was having a good day on the track, had jogged for a good while, then moved on to sprints. Halfway through the first sprint theres a loud ass pop and my fucking right hamstring explodes in pain. Hooray for re-injuring myself. This is only about the 4th time this has happened. The main injury is in my right hamstring, but the left one is a little sore now too. Yes I stretched and warmed up. Right now I've got ice on it and I'm about to start popping Advil like candy. Looks like tomorrows deadlift session might have to be put on hold.
