Unfortunatly that's that much more I have to work off How'd you bros do?
I haven't worked out in a month I'm afraid to step on the scale.
I was sick over this weekend and ate a ton of food on Xmas eve and Xmas, hopefully I haven't lost too much strength
the holidays didnt really mess with my eating habits
who cares? enjoy yourself once a year.
i don't, thats why it didn't mess with my eating habits
I only had like 2-3 cheat meals so far, not that bad. I can't wait to cut though, I'm feeling fat as fuck.
Holiday Bulking ftw.
Im in the middle of a week long break right now though
I hate these weeks off.
I did pretty well. I tried to keep other meals during the day in check to make up for the excessive eating I would do at dinner. However one thing that really messed me up with the sweets. I usually do not eat sweets, but during the Holiday's, for that one week, I eat sweets. Probably more in that week than I consume throughout the year.
actually once in awhile a week long break is good for your body to recuperate, you may come back stronger
My intake was high but I did not gain any weight!
ate plenty of cookies, brownies, shit food in general.
I only had 1 cheatmeal and 1 piece of pie!! Had an AWSOME workout on Christmas day. Haven't missed a beat!! I gained about 6 pounds but my belt is on the same notch that it was 10 pounds ago!!
Afraid to weigh myself.. between getting sick and not working out for 5 days, and eating the holiday crap; I must be in a bad position.. VERY happy to get back in the gym tonight.
I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary, i've been sick and working 70 hours a week isn't helping
Sweets make my tummy hurt
Highly unlikely you put on that much weight in a week, don't sweat it time to get back in the game, that's all.
i ate pretty clean besides a little keylime pie and a soda.
turkey, brown rice, corn, chicken
Im losing weight.
I feel super fat haha
I just ate what I wanted, but I wasn't too bad.
Mike? Is that you?
