The opposite of whatever you did to go from 178-158 seems logical
GOMAD diet works well for lots of people ...
eat lots of good foods, adjust according to results
Milk + Squats + the sticky in this forum = win within 2 months
any of you actually used the GOMAD diet with success? i plan on trying this in a few months

I'm going to say EAT FOOD. I put on around 40lbs in a year(barely any fat) by doing this.
actually it's better to let them sit out, get a bit soft then roll in sugar and place in freezer

how did you lose the weight/how long did it take?
eat alot of food, its not rocket science
from feb till june....
it was 80% better diet, 20% running/working out.
before i would try to try to stick to a strict workout and eating regiment, only to fail 6 months later because i was either slacking on my diet or the working out.
back in feb, i just realized i'll start out by eating better. eating 5 small meals a day of better food. really cut back on the bad carbs, pop, junk and fried foods.
the weight just starting to go down...now i am too skinny.
I discovered the ultimate pb-nutella sammich...with a banana, and topped with mini marshmallows. Stick it under the broiler for a couple minutes...assemble sammich and consume.
sounds good w/o the banana
