i hadto wear a belt with the size 29, now i dont fit a 30
im having to buy a whole new wardrobe
This doesn't make sense, if you had to wear a belt with a 29, you probably had a 28 inch waist, if you don't fit a 30, then you don't have a 30 now, so the whole " I went from a 29 to a 30 " is stupid
i have normal sets of pants, & then bulking sets of pants that have a waist 6" bigger
formz was telling me, "youre gonna be sorry you bought those fancy jeans in a few months"
thank god for nordstroms return policy
how can you say you went from a 29 to a 30, when you said 30's dont fit you, you're a tool
im beginning to outgrow a 30
When I go on a heavy bulk session I usually dont gain "that" much in my waist. On average, I probably only put on about 1" on my waist, but will gain a good 10-15lbs. Sure I look fatter, but a lot of that weight goes to my chest, back, stomach, but does not really directly affect my actual waist size. my average size is a 35" and during a good bulk I will move upto a 36".. Right now though I am working on getting down to a 33"
i was also like 120lbs so now i've weighed more ethan i have ever weighed my entire life
Good. Keep putting on weight man. 120lbs is not good at all!
146 last time i checkd
Good for you! Keep targeting your larger muscle groups like legs, chest, upperback and that weight will keep coming strong
what makes your waist get larger....getting a gut, getting an ass, but what else?
My ass is what's gettin bigger, fuck.
ladies love the ass
meh i need some body fat anyways
Obviously getting a gut and ass will add to a larger waist but it is also things like love-handles, and the fat around your lower back. Also, it depends on how your particular muscles build. I know guys who build strong and bulky muscles and will have a tight 6pack with low bodyfat % and still have a 34" waist... In the same sense, I know guys with tight 6packs that have the same amount of bodyfat% but their body builds leaner muscle and they have a 31/32" waist.
It sounds like you are worried about getting a gut with adding weight... since you started off relatively small (120lbs) the best way to keep a gut from forming while gaining weight is to make sure you are keeping up with ab workouts and do some light exercise. Also, clean bulking will help out too, but running a lean and clean bulk might make the weight gain process slower.
i'm not worried about getting fat
i guess we'll see what happens
In like a month I can go from 31-32s to 34-35" easy when eating everythign in sight ... mostly from my ass too.
hospital scrubs FTW, one size fits all
I have two pair of fairly new pants that I can't really bend at the knees in. I feel like i'm metro
