I'm lactose intolerant anyway. So I bought a jeep instead.

Those who know me know I love me some XJ. Been wanting another and told myself I'd only do it for a 2 door 5spd. Flew up to Denver to pick this one up. 16 hour drive home went flawlessly.

This. Having owned an XJ, a 1st gen 4runner and my current FZJ80 I can say that hands down the FZJ is the best platform out of all three.

Bah. The auto feels weak stock as it flares a ton between gears but you can tweak it by adjusting the shift pressure, no valve body replacement or anything, to the point where it will spin the tires on a 1-2 shift in 4low.
