Last system that moved through here is causing some flooding in the Monterey Bay area. Tonights storm finna hit pretty hard as far as I can tell

I didn’t read the article but I saw that Monterey County officials knew of the impacts on how this last system would create issues with the levee there, yet didn’t do anything?

Sounds about right. The last atmospheric river event that came through caused some flooding, you'd think they'd learn
