WFH hasn't made things busier but since July the workload has been slowly increasing to where we're now considering hiring more staff.

Considerably busier, doesn't help that a lot of the infrastructure to support a mass WFH state that we're in right now had to be stood up on the fly and this was the year we were transitioning fully to Office 365 as a company.

Also, this is the busiest my company has ever been in its history.

We haven't skipped a beat, really. The company/business is rock solid.

Productivity and quality of work has gone up since I think people can take their time and focus more on the task at hand and think deeply about what they're working on. No wasted time in getting all dressed up and commuting back and forth.

We've actually been hiring like crazy, our department has basically doubled from 18 people to about 35 now since March D;
