I life weights every other day, i eat healthy (dont take in a lot of calories though, doubt that is it problem), i swim 4 days a week for about 1200 meters a day and yet I still have stomach fat. I cant seem to get rid of it! Im considering running the days I dont run. Would that help? Ive lost about 4 pounds but I cant get rid of the stomach fat. Should i run 1-2 miles or do the sprint/jog running method?
