Sure if u use the top of the edge were your feet are and do them one legged.

Ceaze, in the single leg RDL...dumbell in both hands?
bulgarian squats... could you just hold two DBs instead of having the weight on your shoulders?
it looks like the dumbells would hit the ground before you reach your full ROM

Did them this morning with just a 25lb dumbell for sets of 5...
Gonna start doing them regularly...damn sore already.
