round house, front kicks
the Saxon side bend!
spud abs, barbell twists
A controlled type of kick is the only one I could come up without weights.
Links to the others?
suitcase deadlifts (or you could do a unilateral farmer's walk if you want to keep the legs out of it)
medicine ball throws
full contact twists
standing cable crunches
Except for standing cable crunch most of these would be oblique work, aren't they? Thank you.
Connect the rope attachment to the lat pull down. Face away from the pulley, pull the rope down over the back of your neck so that the ends of the rope are approx chest position. Hold tight and either do situps or crunches.
Fantastic for the low back, I do them after every sq/dl workout.
Its not standing when you're squatting.
