What ab workouts should I rotate? And how often to do them?
i like hanging leg raises
Ab wheel with proper form
8 min abs
Heavy decline situps, standing rope ab crunches (I believe Louie Simmons recommends doing ab movements standing up since it will have the biggest effect in helping your squat/DL)....those are pretty much the only two that I do.
ab rollouts, planks, side planks.
been doing dragon flags lately. Really feel it in the core.
supersetted with incline situps/controlled crunches
7 min abs!
GHD Sit ups
Is this for your abs to show? If so, just listen to GT... he's the only one in here with a six.
I'm so fucking jacked & tan bro, look at these fucking muscles man.
I did leg raises on Monday (the kind where you prop yourself on your elbows in that pull-up machine thing) and for the past 2 days it has felt like someone was kicking me in the nuts every time i bent over or walked.
Saw the pictures. Looking great! In pur you trust, right?
V-ups, toe touches, hip thrusts.
Superset that shit
Control the decent on every rep for 3 second count.
i prefer the hanging variety
yes...In Pur I trust.
I mix it up. Yeah hanging is much harder mostly it's harder to control the swing and grip strength is gone by the time I do them.
besides i really don't think the exercise helps in terms of squatting and crazy core strength...
GT, chime in hurr? i hear heavy duty side-bends with DBs are gut?
i usually wear my straps for them
i feel like hanging leg raises work my serratus a lot more, which i dig
