I need to get more serious about lifting and nutrition.

Food x 5 is the only must have for bulking
Eat a lot all the time, and making sure you're getting enough vitamins helps
I successfully bulk with just lots of food, weight gainer, and whey protein.
you dont worry about multi vitamins or things such as L-glutamine?
no to most other things
I dont even take whey when I am bulking i get enough protien from the foods I eat. Plus I am cheap.
It might be a good thing, but things like my weight gainer, and other foods have lots of vitamins and minerals in them.
Play it safe take a multi
Same boat on protein but I mostly just do it because damn it is convienant.
Bulk just eat till you can't eat and have another piece of chicken.
I also will take creatine just because I don't care about water retention.

I've put on 24lb with food alone. I eat fairly clean, though I fight my metabolism. I do no cardio. Eat lots of chicken, tuna, and beans. Soon you will be able to eat a whole can of beans and not shit yourself, and take two tuna sammitches to work with 2 boiled eggs.

I am making good gains with ZMA + CEE + EFA + Food
If you take glutamine be sure to cycle it no more than 40 days straight and then take 2 weeks off.
