Has anyone ever done that egg white cake thing? Looks intradasting.
1 cup Red Quinoa .. however the fuck you pronounce it
8oz of chicken
Tabouli salad .. freshly made with parsely/cukes/tomatos
bed of quinoa with the chicken atop it .. tabouli over the chicken
tasted pretty good .. now im full

If you want to try something different, use quinoa instead of cracked wheat in your tabbouleh
