Flour tortillas because that's what I had in the cabinets, the frying because I eat a lot of tomatoes and need to ingest olive oil in small amounts to help break down the lycopene. ;)

Fatty here... I just take 2 oz shots of olive oil and canola oil twice daily. Keeps me regular.

If you dipped them in other crumbled pop tarts, with some filling stuck on the outside of the intact one to help it stick to the crumbles - that would be the only time it's okay. Or a pop tart sandwich with one or more brown sugar cinnamons.

Edit: farmer's market peach, I could eat one for hours :yum:

    Surprised Grapeseed isn't up there.

That shit has gone down in price immensely...you can buy it for about the same price as EVOO here now.

I've seriously posted it no short of 50 times. I dont have a paid membership, so i cant search for you - but here it is:

You can do all kinds of different things that are similar to the above. Switch up the fresh herbs, drop the goat cheese, add pieces of roasted veggies . The major thing is that you're cooking it pilaf style (starting it off with the onions and garlic and using broth - this will will fill your quinoa with flavor, and enhance the natural flavors)

When i'm making jerk chicken - i'll do the quinoa up with some allspice, a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg as it cooks, then finish it off with fresh thyme.

For even better method of cooking it - do it like a risotto. Add 1/4-1/3 cup of stock, a bit at a time, storing constantly. This will give your quinoa a much fluffier consistency
