Nah.. 6oz cooked weight. Plus, whole eggs are hella filling.
Fasted yesterday. Sunday I had 2-2.5 lbs of chicken breast tacos substituting sour cream with plain greek yogurt. Only used 2 tortillas though, rest day and all.
easier/more accurate to note the pre-cooked weight of what you're eating, no?
i think it's the same really... i just have always and prefer to do it after it's cooked
So.. does it not matter if you eat 6 or 7 or 8 ounces?
I would have thought your meals were planned. Or do you throw the extras?
If it's like half an ounce more, I don't care.... I'll eat it. Protein is the macro least likely to be stored as fat anyway. If it's over an ounce, I'll throw it in a tuppaware and save it for another meal. I shoot for 10'z of cooked meat/chicken/fish for 4 of my meals. The other two are slightly smaller..like the 6oz beef + 4 whole eggs.
I just always weigh it cooked because you can cook 1lb of extra lean beef and sometimes end up with 9.5oz's or 11oz's depending how much you cook it or how much fat you drain out of it.
^wonder if anyone else here weighs their meals
i eat 8oz of brotein, cooked weight, for lunch. am i doing it wrong? is this why i am fat?

I know you're trolling...but..the recording of the food is pretty important pre contest...especially the last week
should i weigh my movements as well? ideally i'd like to be mass in > mass out, but there will be difficulties accounting for energy lost due to heat and action
