Whether it be a certain exercise, muscle group, or even a joint...post it up and what you're doing to fix it. I've got a few... - Right wrist has been hurting a little when I bench lately. I haven't really done anything and it seems to be getting better, so I'll continue doing nothing. - Left shoulder has been giving me shit when I bench too. I'm going to tuck my elbows more and see if that helps. - Bench press/incline press are plateauing a bit. I'm either going to start doing bench first (I do incline first right now) or switch to DB's for a while. (recommendations?) - My quads and hamstrings are weak as fuck because I hurt my right knee a few months ago and I had to stop doing leg work for about a month. My leg strength (lack of actually) has been limiting my deadlifts as well as annoying me. I'm going to change my squats from 4 sets of pyramiding reps to 5x5 to get the strength in my legs up.
