I really don't have a lot of time to get to the gym right now other than weekends due to the fact my job KILLS me daily. I was wondering what I could do at home to burn fat - gain muscle. I don't need to lose anymore than 10-15 lbs of fat. And I don't need to be super broly. I don't have ANYTHING at home to use as far as weights....simply because I have a gym membership. I was just wondering what you'd guys would suggest to a semi broly?
