In on this
They're out of stock in black and they sell quickly. I got my bag last week and it is the best bag evar.
Ordered one in tan, should be here in a day or so.
from an old thread
Blackhawk Discreet 32". Definitely my favorite bag I've bought over the years. ~$80
Tac-Force. Discreet and can carry two weapons at once. You can get them a lot cheaper than on their website elsewhere. http://tac-force.com/tts.aspx
Where did you get that price?
I want to do something like this. Ive seen people use skateboard bags as well.
Idk. i saw the deal a year and a half ago and jumped on it. my friend just his 36" for ~$90. i'll have to ask him about it and get back to yall
this is also a good deal, that was posted a few weeks ago.
The Tac-Force is almost identical to the Blackhawk. You can get them from Cabellas here for in the $70s. http://www.cabelas.com/prod-1/0054136229147a.shtml
Impact Guns also sells them for cheaper, though I have not had a problem with them I have heard of some issues with slow service through them.
Looks nice - I'll put that on the possible list -
i use the 36" molle bag from ctd i bought a while back, works great
I dont have any gun cases.
It usually rides in the backseat.
i'm using a 26" tac force bag for my rifle
i use some generic rifle soft outer / hard core case. It was like 20 bux and it looks like a guitar gig bag. I never really intended it on being discreet but I guess it ended up like that. It doesnt have much room to store shit. Just 4 pouches for mags and small zipper for some paperwork. That's bout it. I could fit my glock in the case too, but I'd have to carry the ammo separately.
Pictures stolen from manufactures site as I'm too lazy to take pics right now.
When I'm rolling solo to the range I take my SKB double rifle case. It's got wheel so it easier to get into the hotel if it's a out of town match.
For when I'm traveling with my shooting buddies I use soft cases. A uncle mikes assualt weapon case for the AR and a standard soft case for the shotgun. I like the shotgun soft case as it is the same pattern as my shotgun. Midwayusa has a knock off of the uncle mikes assualt weapon case for $14 that's looks pretty good. Has pockes for mags and tool on one side.
some cheap allen case, some times I just throw them in the truck.
Cabela's "Bullet Proof" double rifle case.
(Stolen from website, not my pic)
with all this in it....
Pelican 1750 from pelicans4less.com but I cut the foam myself
Why the hell do these have to be so expensive? $175 each. The only thing that's missing is a carry handle. I thought about getting a maxpedition or tac force or whatever but everyone still knows it's a rifle in it. My upper measures 25" so I might get something that long and break the rifle down to transport it that way.
